Upon purchasing any item, you indicate that you agree with our policies.
-- SHIPPING AND HANDLING --
We ship all items via UPS/FEDEX ground. Approximately 4-10 business days for delivery.
Some items ship Internationally, some do not.
NO PO Boxes
All orders are processed within 24-48hrs of receipt of payment.
The Shipping tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.
Shipping and Handling costs CANNOT be refunded.
Some Items are big or heavy or delicate and for those selected items, we have no choice but to add an extra handling fee. Of course, everything else comes with a free handling.
IF THE SHIPPING COST IS NOT PROVIDED, THAT MEANS WE ARE NOT USING A FIXED FLAT RATE SHIPPING COST AND THEREFORE WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE SHIPPING COST WHEN YOU HAVE WON THE BID. THE SHIPPING COST DEPENDS UPON YOUR LOCATION.
-- General Info on Return Policy --
It is in unused condition, with the original invoice, including the original box, packaging, and accessories (and manuals).
Original receipt required for any returns and refunds. You can return it within 25 days after the invoice date.
You are subjected to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
There are no returns on notebook computers.
Special (specified) order items are non returnable/refundable.
Original shipping/handling costs are not refundable.
Defective parts that we replaced must be returned within 10 days or they will be billed to the customer.
-- PAYMENT INFORMATION --
We will ship to the address on the paypal account/credit card/check.
If a product is marked "not dropshippable", that means you cannot dropship it to a different shipping address.
We may require a scanned copy of the credit card used, and a scanned copy of a government-issued ID (i.e. drivers license) if the shipping address is different from the credit card's billing address.
We accept PayPal and major cards, money orders, and echecks that can be processed through Paypal only. Visit www.paypal.com for more info.
We also accept international credit cards (not all).
We do not accept personal checks. We accept cashier' checks and money orders. On cashier's checks and money orders, products might take longer to ship. All checks and money orders has to be processed and we must have the money in our hand in REAL cash before we ship products.
After we have shipped your item and given you the tracking number, the item responsibility will be transferred to you and the shipping carrier.
Unpaid products will be forfeited after 7 days.

Checkout is expected within 3 days of auction close and payment within 5 days.
Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product

Use of Your Personal Information
We do not sell or rent our customer information to any outside party under any circumstances. We do not reveal your e-mail address or other personal information, except to complete transactions with our third-party vendors. In such cases, we provide only the information required to complete the transaction. By contract, the third party is not permitted to sell, rent or share this information.
During the ordering process, we ask you to provide us with contact information, such as name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, telephone number and a valid credit card number. We use this information to verify your account when you place an order.
If you provide us with your e-mail address, register as a customer, or make a purchase from us, we will occasionally send you e-mail or standard mail with recommendations or notices of new products and prices.
Separately, we send e-mails to keep you informed of your order status. Your visitor and user information is collected for the purpose of reporting to advertisers. However, in these situations, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you, such as your name, customer number, password, e-mail address, credit card number, or transaction history.
